Its free plan includes 3 Altitasks, 25 tasks, 5 projects, 5 notes, and 5 forms, with unlimited calendar events. Pro costs $6.99 a month; Plus costs $9.99 a month and includes more monthly AI compute. An extra owned workspace costs $3.99 a month. Altitask says its self-hosted dww-farmer-v1 model handles summaries, task generation, and its 37-tool assistant, while transcription uses faster-whisper on its server. It says audio and notes stay on its own stack rather than being sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Groq.
