In their own words
Alvaria Cloud
Alvaria Cloud is a cloud contact center platform for managing customer interactions, workforce operations, and self-service. It handles inbound and outbound voice, SMS, email, chat, and mobile interactions, with ACD, IVR, and automated dialing. Its workforce engagement tools cover recording, quality monitoring, workforce management, performance, and quality management. Shared real-time and historical reporting serves agents, team leads, and administrators through role-based experiences. APIs support external integrations, including dashboard widgets and CRM systems; documentation describes Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics integrations. Alvaria offers cloud, Virtual Private Cloud, and hosted environments, and says customers can add applications as needs change. Access to Alvaria Cloud View requires Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. A separate workforce mobile app provides access to modules such as schedules and requests. Alvaria positions the product for enterprise contact centers, including regulated outreach, and lists security resources for ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC 2 Type 2. Pricing is paid and available on request.
QStory Workforce Management
QStory Workforce Management is a cloud-native workforce management platform for contact centers. It covers forecasting, scheduling, real-time adherence, and responses to changing demand. Forecasting can model scenarios such as seasonal peaks and planned outages, while tracking accuracy against volume and average handling time targets. Teams can import historical contact data or an existing forecast from Excel or another platform. Agents can request shift swaps, breaks, and schedule changes through self-service, with guardrails tied to demand and service levels. Intraday tools monitor workload and adherence, automate remediation, and move staff between queues. The Work Item Manager accepts tasks by CSV or connects to systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce, then prioritizes work by urgency and agent skills. QStory says it integrates with contact-center, CRM, HR, payroll, chat, ACD, and learning systems; exact integrations are confirmed during implementation. It offers web and mobile access on Android and iOS. Pricing is discussed on request; live demos and, in many cases, pilots are available.
