Spring Health
Spring Health is a paid mental health service available through web, Android, and iOS. It offers personalized support spanning self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care. Its Precision Mental Healthcare approach considers member needs, preferences, symptoms, goals, and care options when recommending providers and care, while allowing members to choose. The member app provides care recommendations, appointments, self-guided Moments, Care Navigator messaging, and 24/7 support. Spring Health says provider appointments are available in less than a day on its business page. Employers, health plans, and channel partners can connect it through eligibility integrations, single sign-on, benefits navigation, warm handoffs, referrals, and reporting. Employers receive de-identified, aggregated information on engagement, utilization, access, clinical improvement, and trends; member-level clinical information requires express authorization. Coverage varies by employer, plan, location, and benefit design. Billing currently stores and automatically bills one primary insurance plan and does not automatically submit secondary claims.
