Businesses can configure policies for complex or changing needs. Travelers can use the retail-shopping-style experience on desktop and mobile, receive itinerary recommendations based on preferences and booking history, and modify those itineraries. Expense features include receipt capture and categorization, automatic allowance and reimbursement calculations, duplicate-expense detection, and prompts to correct noncompliant items before submission. Neo integrates with supplier ecosystems, analytics, corporate payment methods, travel policies, user profiles, and single sign-on; it can also sync with enterprise resource planning systems.
