In their own words
Amie
Amie is an AI note taker with AI agents for workday tasks. It creates meeting summaries and action items, and says it can record meetings without a bot joining the call. Recording is described for Zoom, Google Meet, Slack Huddle, and Microsoft Teams. Amie supports 17 languages with speaker labeling and 82 more without it. Its assistant can draft emails, create or update meetings, revise summaries, make mind maps, and create Linear tickets. It combines call action items with to-dos, then uses AI to plan the day and adjust the schedule when plans change. Calendar sync, recurring tasks, and focus sessions are listed. Integrations or exports include Google and Apple Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, and Linear. Amie is available on iOS, macOS, and Windows. The pricing page offers a 7-day free trial and says yearly billing gets 20% off. The Free plan is free; Pro and Business show a monthly billing option and unlimited calendars, to-do lists, integrations, and meeting notes, but no prices are displayed.
Week Plan
Week Plan is a productivity planner for organizing important tasks with the Eisenhower Matrix and OKRs. Its Quadrant View groups tasks by urgency and importance, and users can set quarterly goals, define key results, and link daily work to objectives. Weekly planning is available in vertical, horizontal, dashboard, and hourly layouts. Tasks can be scheduled by drag and drop, repeated daily, weekly, or monthly, and rolled over automatically when unfinished. A Pomodoro timer tracks time through 25-minute focus cycles and five-minute breaks. Team workspaces let groups separate projects, assign tasks, and discuss work in comments. Week Plan syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook and connects to over 1,000 apps through Zapier. It is available on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. The free Lite plan costs nothing and includes basic planner features and High Impact Tasks. Ultimate costs $8.67 a month billed annually, with planning tools, team collaboration, OKR management, customizable roles, and calendar synchronization. Week Plan requires an internet connection and does not work offline.
