In their own words
Amply
Amply provides web-based AI recruiting software through Robin and Dash. Robin is a conversational careers-page agent that guides visitors to suitable roles in an employer’s voice, accepts CV uploads and explains matches using stated and inferred skills. It answers questions about culture, benefits and hiring processes from employer content and configured guardrails, and can appear as embedded chat or a full-page experience. Dash scores and ranks candidates against an editable assessment plan created from plain-language instructions or a job description. Each score includes written reasoning linked to CVs, screening notes and ATS records. Dash evaluates skills and experience while ignoring names, flags CV gaps, and generates screening or interview questions. Amply says both tools work with existing ATS systems, listing Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and iCIMS integrations. Dash can be used from Slack. Amply states ISO 27001 certification and GDPR compliance. Pricing depends on products and hiring volume and is available on request.
