Go Answer provides 24/7 live virtual receptionists, web chat, and an AI virtual receptionist. The AI can answer calls, capture caller details, route calls, take messages, transcribe calls, schedule appointments, and respond to FAQs. Live plans include call transfers, custom scripts, CRM integration, an account manager, and spam and robocall filtering. A mobile-accessible client portal displays call volume, duration, lead conversion, call status, minute usage, and lead statistics. Named integrations include Clio, Growpath, LeadDocket, Law Ruler, Zapier, CasePeer, SmartAdvocate, Filevine, HubSpot, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Zendesk, Twilio, Pipedrive, Calendly, and Salesforce. The API and Zapier can connect the service with other systems. Live and AI services are month-to-month, and customers can change plans or cancel at any time. Live service starts at $175 a month for 100 minutes, with overages at $1.75 on that plan. The AI trial lasts 14 days, includes up to 500 minutes, requires a credit card, and does not charge until it ends. The live trial ends after 14 days or 200 minutes, whichever comes first.
