In their own words
AnyMeeting
AnyMeeting is a cloud service for video meetings and business communications, available on the web and through desktop and mobile apps. Meeting tools include screen sharing, recording, and breakout rooms. Unite Pro supports 100 video participants and 200 audio participants, with 50 GB storage per user; it costs $27.99 a month. Unite Enterprise supports 200 video participants and 200 audio participants, with 200 GB storage per user; it costs $32.99 a month. The service also lists multiple business numbers, inbound calling, an outbound dialer, an auto attendant, advanced call routing, voicemail transcription, and an IVR builder. Its digital channel scope is omnichannel, and workforce management is included. Online archiving includes unlimited retention, legal hold, eDiscovery tools, and journal capture. Archived information can be searched and exported in EML, PST, or PDF formats. Outlook desktop support, mobile access, and migration tools are listed. Integrations include Outlook, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zendesk, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive.
Jitsi Meet
Jitsi Meet is an open-source video conferencing solution for online meetings. Participants can share desktops and presentations, use screen sharing, exchange messages and emojis in chat, and collaborate on Etherpad documents. Meetings support recording and breakout rooms, with HD audio using Opus. Audio and video traffic is encrypted in transit with DTLS-SRTP. Optional end-to-end encryption extends to audio, video, and screen sharing, but not chat or polls. Jitsi Meet is available on the web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, as well as through an API or self-hosted deployment. Its External API can embed meetings in webpages, and an SDK can embed them in Android and iOS apps. Integrations include YouTube Live, Dropbox, callstats.io, and SIP telephony. On meet.jit.si, chat and speaker statistics are removed at the end of a meeting, but every participant is a moderator. The free service is limited to 25 monthly active endpoints across a user's accounts; meet.jit.si is intended for API integration testing, not production applications.
