Console Tenant App
Console Tenant App gives renters a mobile place to manage tenancy information, rent, payments, and maintenance. Tenants can view a real-time rent ledger and check when their next rent is due. They can access tenancy details, including lease dates and the tenancy agreement, and submit maintenance requests with photos and a description, then follow status updates. The app displays rent, bond, and invoice payment history, and lets tenants download PDF receipts. If an agency enables Console Pay, tenants can schedule rent payments and pay invoices in the app. It is free to download for iOS and Android. Access depends on the agency: a property manager must invite tenants, and agency self-service must be enabled for tenants to receive logins. Managers can invite tenants and other household members through a link. Google Play states that app data is encrypted in transit. Console says the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles govern its handling of personal information. The app is for tenants whose agencies use Console Cloud to manage rental properties; support is listed at [email protected].
