Apollo
Apollo is a data intelligence and sales engagement platform for go-to-market teams. It describes a prospecting database with more than 240 million contacts and 30 million accounts, alongside email sequencing, automated outreach, dialing, call recording and pipeline tools. Apollo’s agents can research accounts, prioritize leads, write outreach, follow up and book meetings. The platform lists more than 200 integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, Marketo, Sendgrid, LinkedIn and major email providers. Its free Chrome extension provides contact and account insights, email finding and dialing, and can add prospects to lists or sequences. The Free plan is free and includes 900 credits per seat per year, granted monthly, two sequences, API access and one intent topic. Basic costs $49 a month billed annually, with 30,000 credits per seat per year granted upfront, email sequencing and core integrations. Trial credits and features are subject to limits; unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
MailTracker
MailTracker adds open and link tracking to Gmail through a Chrome extension, with a web platform listed as well. It reports when a message is first opened, the number of views, and whether viewing happened on mobile or desktop. Real-time Chrome notifications can flag a first open, while email alerts can report an open or a message still unopened after 48 hours. Tracking can be disabled in one click or limited to selected emails. The free plan allows 20 tracked emails per month and includes first tracking history, alerts, Chrome notifications, an activities feed, and no signature. Paid plans add link tracking, reminders, complete history, CSV export, and scheduled-email tracking. MailTracker uses Gmail API permissions covering reading, composing, sending, and permanent deletion. It says it processes events and metadata without storing message contents. Tracking may be incomplete when recipients block images, use incompatible software, forward messages, or view cached content.
