| Analytics | Appcues Analytics provides trends, funnels, paths, retention curves, contextualized events, segments, dashboards, reports, and AI analysis. | Tour analytics report per-step reach, completion, dismissal, and drop-off using both unique-user and attempt-level rates. |
| Integrations | Appcues offers native integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, Slack, Mixpanel, and Heap, plus MCP, webhooks, API, and Zapier connections. | Steppr supports Slack incoming webhooks, generic HTTPS webhooks, and Segment in both directions; Zapier’s Webhooks-by-Zapier can use its generic endpoint, while a native Zapier app is on the roadmap. |
| Support | Every customer receives implementation services, onboarding support, a dedicated experience manager, and ongoing access to the support team. | The site says customers can email [email protected] and a human will reply; Enterprise includes SLA and dedicated support. |
| Usage limits | Pricing is based on monthly active users, number of installations, and published experiences; if limits are exceeded, experiences continue running until the next billing cycle discussion. | Plans have hard monthly active user caps; when a cap is reached, the SDK pauses serving tours, checklists, and announcements for the rest of the calendar month without overage charges. |
