Businesses can schedule messages 24 hours or 2 hours before an appointment, or choose a custom time. Customers can confirm or cancel by text, ask questions, or opt out by replying STOP. Customer records include appointment history, consent status, notes, and tags. It supports TCPA and CTIA compliance with consent tracking, opt-outs, and quiet hours handled automatically.
