Its perpetual inventory system synchronizes merchandise, while core functions include item, vendor and cost management, purchase orders, and analytics. Allocation, forecasting and replenishment use plans, actuals and trends to align stock with demand. Forecasting features include automated algorithm selection and adjustment, what-if scenarios, and SKU-level forecasts based on daily sales and inventory patterns. A centralized transactional database shares current information for coordinating purchasing, pricing, receiving, allocation and replenishment. Integrated Accounts Payable matching and Stock Ledger connect merchandising with accounting across purchase orders, receipts and invoices. An optional Aptos Warehouse Management System supports receiving, ticketing, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping and cross-docking. Aptos says the solution integrates with third-party software and its Unified Commerce products, including POS synchronization and coordination with Aptos OMS. The product is presented for retailers seeking to modernize inventory management. Pricing is not public; prospective customers are directed to request a demo. Aptos says more than 100 clients use the product.
