ArborSmart is business management software for tree care companies, covering work from incoming leads and estimates through crews, fleet, jobs, invoices, and customer access. Its estimate builder produces branded PDFs with service templates, line items, job sketches, and digital signatures; an approved estimate can become a job. Schedules have day, week, and month views, crew lanes, and drag-and-drop job assignment. Field crews can track time by geofence, add photos, complete inspections, and collect customer sign-offs, including offline with automatic sync when coverage returns. Fleet tools include vehicle and fuel logs, maintenance reminders, driver hours, and digital vehicle inspection reports. Customers can view jobs, appointments, invoices, and payment history in a portal. Businesses can record cash, check, card, bank transfer, and partial payments. ArborSmart runs on Android, iOS, and the web. The Solo plan is $60 a month for one crew; Growing is $250 a month for two to five crews. Six or more crews require custom pricing. A 14-day trial is offered; there is no free plan.
