WebTMS
WebTMS is cloud-based IP portfolio management software for trademark professionals and other IP teams. Its records cover trademarks, contracts, disputes, patents, domain names, designs, customs registrations, and copyrights. Trademark users can import or audit data from more than 180 jurisdictions, and Data Sync can refresh selected records while retaining an audit history. The software calculates trademark maintenance deadlines and provides dashboard and email diary reports for selected deadlines and review dates. Reporting includes more than 50 reports and a builder for custom layouts. Users can upload and search documents across record types and create Word or email templates. Administrators can set access levels from View Only to Administrator and restrict modules; clients can be limited to selected records and system areas, while agents can edit assigned records with changes tracked. Outlook integration supports uploading emails to records and composing template-based merge emails. WebTMS offers a free, fully functional trial and is browser based, accessible from a Windows or Mac computer with internet access. The listed platforms are macOS, web, and Windows.
