Arctic Shores provides task-based psychometric assessments to help employers evaluate candidates’ potential. Rather than asking questions, its assessments use interactive tasks and measure candidate behaviour during them. The platform assesses Personality and Workplace Intelligence, which Arctic Shores describes as its answer to Cognitive Ability. Recruiters can assemble assessments with drag-and-drop tools, choose psychologist-designed options, or get help from the company’s team. Candidate and recruiter resources include round-the-clock user support, instant feedback reports, candidate reports, campaign dashboard scores, interview guides, and assessment branding. Listed ATS integrations include Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor, Tribepad, Willo, and Eploy; a standard API is another connection route when an ATS marketplace integration is unavailable.
