Consumers can share current payroll and employment details, connect bank accounts to verify assets and income deposits, or upload paystubs and W-2s for processing. Doc VOI extracts income information and submits it to Freddie Mac’s AIM Check. The API offers standardized reports, granular datasets, real-time visibility, webhook alerts, and REST integration. Argyle names integrations for point-of-sale systems and mortgage loan origination systems, and is an authorized supplier for Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter validation service and an approved provider for Freddie Mac AIM. The company says it covers about 90% of the U.S. workforce and returns more than 170 income data fields with supporting documents. Implementation can use the browser-based Argyle Console or a custom API integration. Argyle lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, RSA 4096 encryption, SHA-256 signing, and annual independent security audits. Pricing is on request.
