ARIS combines business process management, process mining, and AI in an environment that connects process designs with execution data. ARIS Process Mining reconstructs flows from event data, showing performance, bottlenecks, and deviations from designed processes; it can ingest logs from SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. ARIS Simulation runs browser-based BPMN, eBPMN, and EPC scenarios and compares time, cost, throughput, and service performance. Its digital-twin process context describes processes, rules, roles, and systems for designing, deploying, and improving enterprise AI agents. APIs can let third-party systems create, read, update, and manage ARIS information, although API licenses may be required. Documentation covers cloud editions and on-premise server installations, giving the platform a hybrid deployment model. The Trust Center lists ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, SOC 2, SOC 3, HIPAA, and other materials; some documents require a valid point of contact. Engage Process is a process management platform for mapping and analysing processes to support organisational improvement. Its Modeler uses drag-and-drop tools to design current and future process maps, checks syntax and provides calculations and side-by-side comparisons for assessing proposed changes. AI import can turn documents containing process descriptions or images into maps. Teams can import BPMN 2.0 maps from applications such as BPMOne and Microsoft Visio, then export maps to BPMN, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF. Publishing a process from Modeler to Viewer creates a digital handbook with work instructions, details and hyperlinks to the organisation’s IT environment. Subscriptions include unlimited Azure data storage and support by phone or email. The company says the Modeler is hosted in Microsoft Azure and displays an ISO 27001 Certified badge. Engage Process runs on Android, iOS, web and Windows, and supports single sign-on when included. A free 30-day Modeler trial is available. Modeler Professional costs $78 a month for one user; Modeler Team costs $119 a month for three accounts, with one user logged in at a time.
