Arlo
Arlo is a training management system for providers that create and deliver instructor-led courses in person, online, or in blended formats. It brings public and private course operations together, including scheduling, registration, communications, and delivery. E-learning tools can generate course material with AI, import SCORM packages, and track learner progress and results. For registrations, Arlo supports payment options, invoicing, discounts, and waitlists; it also tracks attendance and certifications and manages instructors and reminders. Listed integrations include Moodle, WordPress, Xero, Zapier, Salesforce, Zoom, Stripe, and PayPal. Arlo is available on Android, iOS, and the web, with an API. Simple costs $118 a month, billed annually per license; Professional is $204 a month per license, and Enterprise is $271 a month per license. Each has fees of $2.15 per paid registration and $1.07 per free registration. There is no free plan, but a 14-day trial requires no credit card and includes unlimited users.
Cogran
Cogran connects program registration, facility reservations, memberships, sports, attendance, communications, payments and reporting for recreation organizations. Registration tools handle forms, waivers, eligibility rules, discounts, online payments and waitlists. Facility management covers availability, time slots, overnight bookings, rental requests and calendars. Memberships support renewals and member pricing, while sports tools link registration to team and coach assignments, schedules and standings. Communication features include group email and text, confirmations, reminders and branded email templates; reports and charts support oversight. Cogran works with Stripe, with standard online card processing listed at approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction; actual rates may vary. It says it does not store card numbers in its database. Plans are priced by annual registration volume, with camp tiers listed up to 2,500 registrations and recreation tiers up to 26,000 annual activity volume; higher volumes receive a tailored proposal. The service is browser-based and can be installed as a progressive web app on Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and iPad. Pricing starts at $899 a year.
