In their own words
Arphie
Arphie is a knowledge activation platform whose AI agents help go-to-market teams prepare RFP responses and questionnaire answers. Agents draft from a company knowledge base and connected sources, displaying the sources used and an AI confidence level. Smart Merge suggests combining duplicate answers, while agents can favor recently updated content and improve grammar and readability. Teams assign roles, comment on questions, and tag members. Arphie imports Excel and Word questionnaires, detects questions and sections with AI, and exports completed work to the original file. Integrations listed include Google Drive, SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, Seismic, Highspot, Slack, Salesforce, Dropbox, Box, Egnyte, Vanta, Front, websites, and Arphie MCP. Arphie states that it encrypts data with TLS v1.2 in transit and AES256 at rest, and that customer data is not used to train models. Enterprise access includes SAML 2.0 or Google SSO. Pricing is available on request.
Conveyor
Conveyor is a knowledge management product for teams working with information across documents, apps, and the web. Its library connects existing sources, then uses an AI agent to audit, sync, and maintain knowledge. Named sources include Confluence, Google Drive, websites, and help centers. The Knowledge Librarian flags stale or conflicting answers and identifies knowledge gaps; Knowledge Explorer lets teams test AI responses in real time and inspect the source for each answer. Conveyor says answers include confidence scores and direct evidence links.
The broader platform is described as automating customer security reviews and RFP workflows. Its listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, DocuSign, Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Front, and a public API. Conveyor says its AI Connector uses OAuth role-based access controls, scoped keys, and an audit trail. The Free plan offers 10 Trust Center credits per month but excludes questionnaire automation and integrations. Business starts at $9,600 a year; Enterprise pricing is custom and includes dedicated Conveyor Support.
