Staff can collect data on mobile devices while offline and sync it after reconnecting. Array is available on Android, iOS, and web, with an API and integrations including Salesforce, Microsoft SharePoint, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Outlook, Zapier, Procore, and Stripe. Essential costs $30 a month per user, billed annually, for up to four users; Pro costs $40 a month per user, billed annually, for up to ten. Both include 100 public monthly submissions, with Pro providing 100 per user. Enterprise has custom limits and requires a quote. A 30-day trial is available; there is no free plan.
Field2Base

The platform routes submissions for review and approval, while Enterprise adds custom multi-step workflows and automatic routing from form data. Two-way integrations connect ERP, CRM and GIS systems through plugins, CSV, ODBC, XML, APIs and web services. Field2Base runs on Android, iOS, web and Windows. Essentials costs $20 a month per license, Small Business 30.00 USD and Enterprise 45.00 USD, each requiring at least five licenses. Security details include SOC 2 Type II and TX-RAMP certifications, AES-256 stored-data encryption, TLS 1.2-or-higher transmission and US-based data centers.
