ManyRequests
ManyRequests is an agency platform for client portals, requests, time tracking, billing, CRM, and reporting. Its client portal can use agency branding, a custom domain, colors, and CSS, with self-signup onboarding, multilingual access, file sharing, and notifications. Clients submit requests through customizable forms; teams can auto-assign work and let clients review and approve it. Billing supports recurring payments, branded invoices, subscriptions, retainers, hourly or credit-based charges, and checkout forms. Core and Pro include design and video proofing with comments on assets. Listed integrations include Stripe, Zapier, Webhooks, Meta Pixels, Loom, Intercom, Crisp, and HubSpot Chat; third-party tools can also be embedded in the portal. ManyRequests says it runs on AWS, uses TLS 1.2 in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest, and stores passwords using PBKDF2-SHA256. It offers a 14-day trial and has no free plan; pricing starts at $39/mo (annual). The pricing page lists weekday support from 9AM–6PM EST via email and in-app live chat, and free migrations on all plans. Storage limits are 200GB for Starter, 500GB for Core, and 1TB for Pro, with a 10GB per-file limit. ManyRequests says it is built for creative and digital agencies and productized services.
