ArrowStream
ArrowStream provides cloud software and data analytics for foodservice supply chains, serving operators, distributors and manufacturers. ArrowStream Central gives operators visibility into location, supplier and product information for buying and inventory decisions, while supporting spend and pricing management, supply protection, quality tracking and partner collaboration. It centralizes contracts and compares invoice data against contracted terms to help identify pricing errors. Other products address quality and distributor service incidents, inbound logistics and freight, commodity forecasting, and manufacturer market insights. Crossbow supports distributor logistics planning and workflows; CommodityONE forecasts prices for more than 200 foodservice products; and SalesStream provides foodservice market data for manufacturers. ArrowStream says it synchronizes information from multiple sources, standardizes attributes and cleans records into a source of record. The platform can integrate with a customer’s ERP system. ArrowStream Mobile is available for iOS and Android, with near real-time pricing data, cost trends and customizable price-change alerts. Optional managed services cover audit management and supply chain operations. The service is paid, and pricing is available on request. Implementation time varies with data readiness, locations and vendors, integration complexity, and custom workflow mapping needs.
