Web chat responds around the clock using live CRM data and can hand off to a person. Agent Assist suggests replies and shows renter or property context while employees control what is sent. One leasing flow covers applications, TransUnion credit and background screening, Mastercard income verification, document generation, and e-signature. Renewals reuse the resident record, with operators deciding which outreach AI handles. Union says it works with Yardi, RealPage, ResMan, and Entrata. Pricing is custom, quoted per unit and product.
