Korn Ferry says its assessment data and analytics inform workforce planning, hiring, and leadership effectiveness. In Talent Suite, Learning Lab connects individual assessment results to curated learning journeys and AI-coached roleplays with real-time feedback. The product integrates with Workday through APIs and JSON-based inbound and outbound communications, with configurable data mapping, security roles, auditing capabilities, and standard reports. Korn Ferry states it holds BSI certifications for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and ISO 27018. Pricing is on request.
