AssurX Document Management
AssurX Document Management is a paid document-control system for regulated organizations managing quality, compliance, and operational risk. It automates routing, review, revision, approval, notifications, escalation, and secure repository access across a document’s lifecycle from creation to obsolescence. Teams can author together in real time, with automatic saving and version control, then use centralized search, document groups, custom document types, and retention support. Document control connects with training, CAPA, audit, risk, and supplier-quality processes. An open API and integrations support CRM, ERP, LIMS, MES, Salesforce, Tableau, SAP, Power BI, and ServiceNow. AssurX offers SaaS and on-premises deployment, with migration between them. The platform is listed for Android, iOS, web, API, and self-hosted use. AssurX states ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, SOC 2 compliance, 256-bit encryption, HIPAA and GDPR compliance, and support for FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 controls.
