In their own words
LABÉAU
LABÉAU is a management system and point of sale for salons, spas, aesthetic clinics, barbershops and other beauty and wellness businesses. It handles online bookings with confirmations and reminders through WhatsApp and email. Checkout accepts cards, e-wallets, QR payments and cash, and supports redeeming packages and memberships. The system runs in a browser on any device, with separate Member, Team and Office apps for clients, staff and owners using the same records. It supports multi-branch and franchise operations with central reporting, inventory synchronisation, unified customer profiles and staff comparisons. Checkout includes Malaysia's LHDN MyInvois and Singapore's IRAS InvoiceNow; local tax and invoicing are configured for other countries. The company says data is SSL-encrypted, hosted on AWS, regularly backed up and controlled through role-based staff access. Platforms listed are Android, iOS, macOS, web and Windows. Silver costs 174.92 MYR a month on a 12-month plan; a 30-day trial is available.
