Coherence is a customer operations platform connecting CRM data, communications, workflows, websites, campaigns, and AI agents. Its Shared Inbox gives sales, support, and operations a common place to handle incoming conversations with customer context, replies, and internal discussion. Teams can assign conversation ownership, add internal notes, view teammate presence, and work on shared drafts. Inbox categories, custom fields, rules, assignment settings, response targets, snoozes, and reminders help organize queues. Staff can select published Knowledge articles and review suggested replies with source references, then edit drafts before sending; AI generation uses the workspace's configured AI provider. Shared Inbox is available on Pro, Team, and Enterprise. Listed integrations include two-way Gmail or Outlook email sync, Google or Microsoft Calendar sync, and a REST API. Coherence says data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher, and stored in the United States. The service is not currently available in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, and several other regions. Pro costs $29 a month per user; Team requires at least 10 paid seats.
