The 360-degree module gathers input from peers, managers, and subordinates, then provides sentiment analysis and personalized reports. Succession tools use skills, performance trends, and leadership-readiness data to identify potential successors and development needs. Talent Review offers dashboards, nine-box performance-potential mapping, succession-readiness tracking, and AI-driven analysis. The LMS provides personalized learning spaces, compliance and social learning, plus AI-assisted content creation and distribution. aTalent says customer data is not used to train AI models or shared with third parties, while customers retain ownership and control. Pricing is on request. The company says it was created in 2016 and serves customers in over 100 countries.
