It converses with leads, scores their replies, and routes qualified prospects to a team. Conversations can run for 5+ turns per lead, and a person can take over with the conversation context preserved. Automation covers follow-up sequences, no-reply nurture, routing, and handoff triggers. A shared team inbox keeps conversation history; reporting includes qualification rates, pipeline views, and per-rep throughput. Plans include API access and webhooks for passing qualified leads into other tools. Listed integrations include HubSpot, Discord, Zapier, webhooks, and CSV export; Salesforce, Slack, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets are marked as coming soon. Monthly credits count outbound campaign sends, AI replies, and manual messages, while incoming lead replies are free.
