Atlas HXM

Atlas HXM provides services for hiring, managing, paying, and supporting employees and contractors across borders. Its Employer of Record (EOR) service makes Atlas the legal employer in countries where a customer has no established entity. EOR features include payroll and tax administration, time off, expense management, benefits enrollment, and employee self-service. Agent of Record (AOR) supports contractor classification, compliant onboarding, and payment while the customer contracts directly with the contractor; it includes country-specific classification assessment and quarterly checks. Atlas says it has fully owned and operated legal entities in more than 160 countries. Employees can access more than 9,000 courses, professional certificates, and degrees. Visa sponsorship and global mobility services are available in more than 75 countries as an EOR add-on. Atlas Connect provides REST API endpoints for starting onboarding and updating employee details; access requires an Atlas account and API key. EOR starts at $599 per employee per month, while AOR costs $199 per month, billed monthly. The service runs on web, Android, iOS, and API. Atlas says it offers 24-hour support in 15 or more languages and local time zones.
