RecordPoint
RecordPoint is a records-management platform for organisations managing information across connected systems. It handles structured and unstructured content, including electronic and physical records, and can classify material with rules or machine-learning-assisted intelligence. Retention schedules, legal holds, disposal workflows and audit trails support the records lifecycle. Global search and discovery, metadata enrichment and inventory reporting help locate and review content. The platform can detect PII and PCI signals, with custom signal configuration. Connections are listed for Microsoft 365, Salesforce, network file shares and hundreds of business systems. Access features include API access, single sign-on, custom security profiles and permission management. RecordPoint describes delivery as 100% cloud, with some elements deployable at the edge according to requirements. Hosting regions include North America, Canada, Europe and Asia Pacific. It says data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and lists SOC 2 Type 2, IRAP PROTECTED assessment and UK Cyber Essentials certification.
