In their own words
atworkCare
atworkCare is a web-based case management platform for Canadian employers handling disability, accommodation, safety incidents, WCB claims, investigations and labour relations. It tracks actions, reviews, documents, follow-ups and decisions from intake through resolution. Safety workflows include incident reporting, intake review, triage, investigations, corrective actions and follow-up tasks. Absence and accommodation work covers non-occupational cases, medical documentation, restrictions, review dates, return-to-work planning and accommodated work plans. Claims workflows track claim activity, documentation, lost time and return-to-work follow-up. A worker portal lets people report incidents or safety concerns, confirm return to work, and submit absence or accommodation requests. Structured workflows assign and track tasks, with automation for assignment, review, reminders and follow-up. The platform offers real-time reporting and insights, role-based access and secure document management. Its site describes HRIS and payroll integration without naming partners, and says hosting is in Canadian data centres. Target organizations include public-sector, healthcare and non-profit groups, plus large distributed employers. Pricing is on request, with prospective customers directed to request a demo.
EQS Integrity Line
EQS Integrity Line is whistleblowing software for employees and third parties to report wrongdoing within an organisation. Case management includes configurable authorisations, access controls and revision logs. The system supports over 80 languages and can automatically translate cases and dialogue. Compliance teams can use dashboards, charts, real-time analysis, search and filters, and download cases in Excel format. Organisations can combine reports from letters, email, phone calls and meetings; a telephone channel is available for Enterprise. EQS says the service is hosted in Germany and uses ISO 27001-certified data centres, encryption, two-factor authentication and regular external security audits. Essential costs £85 a month, while Professional costs £170 a month. A seven-day free trial of Essential begins after the demo system is set up. The product is available on Android, iOS and web.
