DealerClick CRM is a cloud-based lead-management product integrated with DealerClick’s dealership management modules. It is designed for independent auto, RV, and powersports dealerships, including businesses using retail, wholesale, BHPH, LHPH, leasing, or rent-to-own models. Leads can come from websites, Facebook Lead Ads, calls, walk-ins, referrals, Autotrader, Cars.com, and CarGurus. Routing can use round-robin assignment, source, vehicle interest, returning-customer status, or VIP status; assignment logs and escalation help manage leads that go unacknowledged. The CRM includes opportunity stages, conversion and win-rate analytics, tasks triggered by assignments or stage changes, and editable drip campaigns for customer outreach. It can share customer, deal, service, parts, and F&I information with DealerClick DMS. Calendar sync covers Google, Outlook, and iCal. The mobile app supports contact search, call and text logging, credit applications with e-signature capture, and inventory checks. Reports include more than fifty pre-built options, a report builder, and real-time dashboards. Pricing is on request, and the maker offers data transfer from a previous provider.
