In their own words
Steerlab
Steerlab is a web and browser-extension product for preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires. It is aimed at PreSales teams and uses connected content to draft answers; the company says it can produce 80%+ of a document in minutes with factual, sourced responses. Teams can maintain a content library, adjust writing styles, and track project stages, contributors, and sections that need attention. The workspace supports comments and collaboration. Built-in business intelligence provides data-backed win-probability insights and competitor-bias detection. Listed integrations span cloud storage, communications, CRM, knowledge bases, and identity services, including Google Drive, SharePoint, Slack, Salesforce, Confluence, and Notion. A Google Chrome extension is listed, and the homepage also mentions a Slack bot and Co-Pilot. Security controls described include MFA, SSO, fine-grained roles, TLS 1.2 encryption in transit, and AES-256 encryption at rest. Customer data is stored in European AWS regions and replicated within Europe. Steerlab states it is SOC 2 and assessed against five Trust Services Criteria. A free trial covers the first RFP or questionnaire without a credit card; paid pricing is available on request.
