eRFX Sourcing Portal
eRFX Sourcing Portal is a cloud application for aerospace estimation and procurement professionals making sourcing decisions during quoting and award. Its customer portal supports sourcing raw material, hardware, final processing, and manufactured or fabricated detail components from multiple suppliers. Buyers can generate proposals, compare costs, preselect vendors from a processing database and manage vendor NDAs. The supplier portal helps distributors, detail component manufacturers and final processing providers handle RFIs, RFPs and RFQs from multiple customers, with quick quote submission, configurable workflows and automated email messaging. eRFX is available on the web and through an API, and the site says it is integrated with CPQ Aero. Gold Supplier offers custom API configuration for ERP software. Engineering files use AWS cloud storage during bidding and are deleted after 30 days or bid closure; transmission is secured with SSL encryption. Customer Portal costs nothing, Supplier Portal costs $15 a month, and Gold Supplier costs $500 a month. Supplier portals receive a 90-day trial after registration and approval.
