Avantio is an all-in-one property management platform for professional vacation-rental operators. It combines PMS, channel management and direct-booking tools for short-term, mid-term and hybrid portfolios in one inventory. Its channel manager synchronizes rates, availability and booking rules in real time across more than 50 online travel agencies. A website builder and booking engine support branded direct-booking sites with multilingual and multi-currency options. Operations tools schedule cleaning and maintenance, assign tasks, track work and automate processes. The Unified Inbox combines portal conversations, WhatsApp and SMS for guests, owners and suppliers. Owner tools include dashboards, payments, contracts, settlements and statements. Avantio lists integrations with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google Vacation Rentals, Expedia, accounting, check-in, payment and smart-lock tools.
