Bar Cop

Bar Cop is web-based inventory and management software for independent bars and restaurants. It tracks bar and kitchen counts, usage, variance, costs, pour costs, deliveries, and weekly operating figures; order sheets fill automatically. Its back-office tools cover sales, cost and labor reporting, audits, scheduling, cash control, menu costing, event bookings, books, and forecasting. Users import point-of-sale reports as CSV or Excel files, including reports from Toast, Square, Lightspeed, Aloha, and Clover; no POS connection or API key is required. One subscription covers the team, with permissions by section and no per-seat fees. Each bar has a separate subscription, though locations can be managed from one login. Bar Cop offers one version with all features. It costs $149 a month per bar, or 124 /mo when billed yearly at $1,488. A 30-day trial requires no credit card. The maker describes it as an operational tool, not accounting, payroll, legal, or tax software.
