Kitchen CUT

Kitchen CUT is hospitality management software that brings operational tools and live data together for businesses, stakeholders, and customers. Its menu engineering analyzes sales data to flag high- and low-performing items and inform profitability decisions. KC Lite includes recipe and menu costing, product and price management, and cost modelling. The software manages allergen and nutrition details for recipes and menus, including the main 14 allergens and sub-allergens. Purchasing and supplier management connects businesses with more than 3,000 suppliers; other tools cover inventory, stock control, PAR levels, waste, purchase orders, and location transfers. Digital menus can be published at a unique URL for customers to browse or order. Kitchen CUT supports hundreds of integrations, including sales and POS links and compatibility with QuickBooks and Xero. EPOS sales data integrations may require agreement with the provider and may incur setup or ongoing fees. KC Lite is designed for single-site independent hospitality businesses. It runs on Android, iOS, and web, with API listed. Monthly KC Lite costs £75 a month for one site and one user, with limits of 50 recipes, sub-recipes, and menus.
