In their own words
Awakee
Awakee is a routine planner and habit tracker built around guided, timed routines. Users can create step-by-step routines with individual durations or choose from more than 100 community presets. The timer runs in the background and on the lock screen while other apps are in use. Awakee also tracks standalone habits with flexible schedules and goals, showing streak history and progress charts. Reminders can be completed from notifications, and the app offers home-screen and lock-screen widgets. It supports Apple Watch and iCloud sync; routines and habits are stored on the device and can sync through a personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. No account is required. The maker describes it as an iPhone morning-routine app, with routines also suited to evening, gym, or study use. The free download limits the number of routines and habits. Listed paid options include an Annual Subscription at $1.99 a year and Awakee Premium Monthly at $4.99 a month, along with other subscription and one-time options. Purchases are processed through the App Store account.
RoutineFlow
RoutineFlow is an Android and iOS routine planner and timer for building and following daily routines. Users create routines from predefined or custom steps, attach emojis, and assign timers to individual tasks. Listings describe notification reminders, while the App Store offers habit analytics covering the past 365 days and task duration. Google Play lists AI task breakdown, a weekly planner, routine templates, gamification, and dark mode. Product pages describe the app as designed for people with ADHD and also mention autism. Intelligent insights and recommendations based on past data are marked as coming soon. Google Play’s data-safety panel says data is encrypted in transit, deletion requests are supported, and the developer reports no third-party data sharing. The privacy policy lists Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, PostHog, and Meta ads conversion tracking. The free download costs nothing; in-app prices vary by storefront.
