Awardify vs BAFTA Nucleus

Awardify is a web platform for organizing awards programs from submissions through judging and winner publication. Organizers can create custom categories and entry forms, accept nominations, track entries, save progress, send reminders, and collect file uploads. Judges score entries against configurable criteria, add comments, and use progress reports and leaderboards; programs can also offer public voting. A customizable public website can show sponsors, event pages, galleries, and winners, while handling ticket payments. Stripe processes entry fees, gala tickets, and sponsor signups, and invoice payment is also available. Entries and public voting data can be exported to CSV, with an API described for data extraction. Awardify says websites run on its private server and that it controls performance and security. Support includes phone, email, video, onboarding, backups, and a pre-launch check. Pricing includes $379, paid once for setup and $1,979 a year for the annual subscription.

BAFTA Nucleus is a web platform for administering awards, grants and initiatives from submission through judging and voting. It also supports scholarship and bursary applications and can run multiple projects concurrently. Administrators create advanced forms, review entries and payments, manage checks and approvals, save forms as PDFs and export reports. Judges use a customisable viewing site to inspect entry information and videos, then score, comment or rank submissions. Payment tools cover discounts, online payments, invoices and credit notes, with offline invoicing and country-based currency and tax settings. Stripe is listed as an integration, while automations can connect through incoming and outgoing webhooks. Multi-user accounts, permissions, troubleshooting login and grouped email support administration. Rules use triggers, criteria and actions, with execution logs. A public-voting add-on supports large audiences, multiple nominees and image or video media. Pricing is available on request.
