Rosemark System is home care management software for agencies coordinating caregivers, clients, payors, outcomes, and daily operations. Scheduling supports recurring patterns, color-coded action tags, real-time collaboration, and matching by caregiver availability, skills, and authorization. Its Caregiver App provides schedules, care notes, shift offers, task recording, GPS-enabled clock-ins and outs, and no-show alerts. Electronic visit verification connects with Sandata, HHAeXchange, Netsmart, and other state-approved aggregators. Billing includes electronic Medicaid claims, workflows for VA, long-term care insurance, and workers’ compensation, plus two-way QuickBooks integration for billing and payroll. Payroll data can be exported for Paychex, ADP, Viventium, and other providers. Rosemark describes dedicated servers, SSH password protection, SSL RSA encryption, replicated backups, and third-party security services, and states HIPAA compliance.
