RealPage Resident Billing is a web service for multifamily properties that bills residents for utilities and supports utility cost recovery. It supports common RUBS and submetering methods used across the United States, including multiple methods at one property. Managers can configure combined rent and utility statements or utility-only statements, including electronic versions. Resident OneBill can bring allocated utility charges together with rent, amenity fees, carried balances and other ledger charges. The service interfaces with major property management systems to identify residents to bill and upload accounts receivable charges; final bills can also be generated in systems such as OneSite. Residents can use eBill and other billing and payment options. For Utilities With Remittances, RealPage Payments processes utility charge remittances rather than onsite staff. RealPage describes redundant data verification and a regulatory database covering rules affecting submetering, billing and energy management. Status Tracker syncs with RealPage project management systems so users can view notes and completed schedule dates and respond to file requests. Pricing is available on request.
