OneEleven LaunchPad

OneEleven LaunchPad is a co-branded financial wellness hub for employees, combining learning materials, events, quizzes and personal coaching. Employees get ongoing platform access, a financial wellness assessment and a personalized 30-day action plan, with up to three coaching sessions and unlimited in-app chat during the program. Its content includes short videos, downloadable guides, expert webinars and live sessions, along with quizzes and assessments. Employers can use their logo and colors, and OneEleven says a launch can be completed in days without IT work, implementation fees or ongoing administration. Employers provide a monthly employee eligibility list in an agreed format and their logo. The company says it handles employee technical support and provides launch guidance and program analytics. Coaching teams are led by CFP professionals, and coaches receive no commission on recommendations. LaunchPad is listed at free, with no enrollment caps or expiration. The employer agreement starts with a 12-month term, renews annually and requires 60 days’ written notice to terminate.
