In their own words
Barbify
Barbify is browser-based management software built for barbers and barbershops, combining online booking, reminders, a client CRM, and a digital walk-in queue. Clients can book services and available times at any hour. The system sends email reminders 24 hours and two hours before appointments; its scheduling page also describes WhatsApp reminders on that schedule. The CRM adds people who book and stores appointment history, preferences, contact details, notes, and tags. Barbify lists Stripe, SumUp, and Dojo payment integrations; deposits go to the barber’s own account, with no booking commission. The Free plan costs nothing and allows one barber or staff member, five services, 30 bookings per month, and a queue for up to 15 clients. PRO Individual costs €11.99 a month and the page also shows €17.99 with 33% off. PRO Team costs €47.96 a month for up to five barbers. The service works in a browser on phones, tablets, and laptops without an app download. Barbify offers a 21-day trial; its privacy policy says identifiable appointment records are retained for two years before anonymisation.
CutQueue
CutQueue is booking and management software for barbershops, aimed primarily at UK businesses while stating that it works globally. It covers appointments, walk-ins, manual bookings, closed periods, staff rotas, time off and next-up tracking. Clients can create accounts, verify email, manage bookings and return through a client portal. A tablet kiosk handles walk-ins and check-ins, with arrivals shown to staff. The service also supplies a booking website, booking button, booking and review QR codes, and printable shop posters. Payment and records tools include deposits, cash and card logging, VAT exports, payroll tracking and external payout records; CutQueue says it does not hold payroll money. Reporting includes stock, retail sales, reorders, expenses, tasks, notes and consultation records. Stripe can process deposits. Plans run from £10.00 per month to £49.00 per month, with a 7-day trial.
