Riverbed SaaS Accelerator
Riverbed SaaS Accelerator is a hybrid, cloud-delivered service for accelerating and measuring third-party enterprise SaaS applications. SaaS Accelerator Manager configures service clusters and client-side Riverbed appliances or endpoints that route SaaS traffic through those clusters. Riverbed manages the public cloud clusters, so customers do not need a separate cloud account for them. Listed supported applications include Box, Microsoft Office 365, Teams and Stream video, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Veeva. Teams and Stream acceleration needs no additional agent or appliance. A cloud console provides configuration and usage metrics. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 or higher and in transit within Riverbed’s domain with TLS 1.2. The service supports macOS, web, and Windows. Pricing is paid and available on request. Licensing, user ranges, data allowances, and cluster limits vary by application and subscription.
