Standard processing takes 5 business days, while Baselane Smart users receive rent in 2 business days. The service supports multiple properties and units with separate rent schedules, and provides ledgers and rent rolls organized by tenant, property or unit. Landlords can report on-time rent payments to credit bureaus, and Livble lets tenants pay in installments while landlords receive rent in full. QuickBooks and Xero sync are listed. Core is free and includes automated rent, reminders and late fees. Smart costs $20 a month on an annual plan and adds faster deposits, advanced automations, priority support and shared access.
