In their own words
BasinCheck
BasinCheck helps industrial contractors run audits, job safety analyses, inspections, and corrective actions. Its Android and iOS mobile app supports offline audits and syncs records when connectivity returns; the service is also available on the web. Failed checklist items can create assigned issues with overdue alerts. The JSA builder covers hazard identification, risk scoring, controls, and PPE tracking, while hot work permits use pass/fail checklists and photo evidence. BasinCheck generates OSHA Forms 300 and 300A, and says it can generate Form 301 from incident data. Customers can customize templates, workflows, and notifications; the company offers free digitization of up to five existing forms and a 30-minute kickoff call. Stated controls include encryption in transit, role-based access, audit logging, and tenant data isolation. BasinCheck supports record exports and says safety records remain customer data. Plans start at $149 a month for Starter, with a founding customer discount applied; the pricing page also shows $299 a month. Standard is $299 a month, with the page also showing $599.00 USD; Pro is $599 a month, with the page also showing $1,199.00 USD. A 7-day trial is listed.
