In their own words
Basware
Basware is a procure-to-pay platform that automates work across procurement, accounts payable, and invoice processing. Its e-invoicing tools capture invoices submitted through different supplier channels; AI can code and route them, match them against records, and handle exceptions. Procurement capabilities include hosted catalogs, supplier management, guided request intake, stock integration, and approval workflows that issue purchase orders when requisitions are approved. Basware says its solutions connect to more than 250 ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft, through open APIs and certified integrations. They can also use purchase-order data from existing procurement or ERP systems, complementing rather than replacing those systems. The platform is available on Android, iOS, and the web, with API access. Basware identifies global organizations processing more than 50,000 invoices annually, finance shared service centers, and multi-ERP environments as potential fits. Support is available by chat, web, and phone, plus a 24/7 AI-powered self-service chatbot. Pricing is tailored and available on request; no free plan is listed.
Noxus
Noxus is a process intelligence and agentic execution platform for operations teams. Its AI Co-workers are described as following standard operating procedures, working with legacy systems, processing documents, enforcing policy, and completing tasks end to end. Teams can manage, review, and approve cases alongside them in an existing inbox. Noxus supports email, chat, SMS, voice, and API channels, and lists integrations including Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, SAP/Oracle, and Microsoft 365. It can also operate systems without an API. Builders can use visual flows, agents, and knowledge bases, plus a visual browser platform, Python SDK, REST API, and plugin extensions. Deployment options include public cloud, private data centers, customer infrastructure, and air-gapped environments. The free Test plan costs nothing and includes about 100 resolutions per month, one workspace, and two concurrent Co-workers, with limited integrations and no overage.
