It supports inbound call forwarding, queues, IVR, voicemail drops, and unlimited inbound and outbound calling across its plans. Starter provides three lines per agent; Pro and Enterprise provide five. Every plan includes phone reputation monitoring, while automatic number replacement is included with Pro and Enterprise. Those two plans also provide live AI prompts, automatic transcripts, AI-generated call summaries, and sentiment analysis. Other tools include call recordings, live listening, whisper coaching, call barging, live dashboards, and agent reporting. Recording retention is 90 days on Starter, 180 days on Pro, and 365 days on Enterprise. Integrations include HubSpot, Podio, Zoho, PropStream, BatchLeads, Google Calendar, Mailchimp, and Intercom, plus Zapier-powered connections. Plans start at $95 a month per agent; there is no free plan, and a 7-day trial is available. Trial users can dial from three phone numbers, and the trial transitions to the selected paid subscription when it ends.
